Senior Shape-up Location: Pine Bluffs Community Center This exercise program is designed to promote flexibility, muscle strength, coordination, and general overall fitness. All are welcome! There is no charge for this class.	Days: Monday,Wednesday, Friday Time: 8:15-8:45 am.
Wyoming Physical Therapy & Fitness Location: 322 Main Street 245-3858 Membership Fee: Individuals - $20/month Family & Group Rates Available No charge for free weights usage only. Exercise equipment available: includes treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, balls, mini tramps, free weights, and more.
